Pregnant, Brown Discharge After Urinating, Bleeding. History Of Miscarriage, C-sections. Treatment?

I have had 2 C-sections and one miscarriage (at 4 weeks) within the last 8 years. The miscarriage was 4 years ago. Now, have taken three home pregnancy tests and they are all positive. Noticed some light brown discharge/ bleeding after urinating. Has been going on for about 4 days. Today, after urinating, brighter red blood . No blood on underwear, just after urinating. What do you think?

Hi,Positive pregnancy test is sure sigh of continuation of pregnancy.
Bleeding afetr urination may be because of Urinary tract infection.Have your urine test to be done.
Another cause can be missed abortion .That willbe confimed by Ultrasonography .
