Pregnant, Bumps On Thighs, Not Itchy

Hi, I am 20 weeks pregnant and at the beginning of my pregnancy I noticed little bumps coming up on my thighs (close to but not on my private areas) and towards my butt cheek, as my pregnancy progresses it seems like there is more of them appearing. The bumps are not itchy or anything different from my skin, honestly they are very unnoticeable!!! I didn t even realize they were there until the other day, they are skin colored, soft, and are basically flat against my skin formed in a half circle, and if you run your finger over them too long they turn pinkish.
