Pregnant, Cramps In Stomach, Heartburn, And Constant Use Of Toilet. Pain Unbearable. Hospital Visit Required?

Hi I m 38weeks 3days pregnant My first child and I ve woke up to a horible cramping like pain in my stomach its been. 3 and a half hour later and the pain stil come and goes. I got heartburn and constantly feel like I wana use the toilet but I can t due to the pain I m not sure if I m diluted or if my mucus plug is lost yet. Please help pain is unbearable.. Should I go to the hospital?

Yes you need to go the hospital for evaluation. You may be in labour. Keep a count of the fetal movements. And breathe through the pain. You are at term and delivery at this point is possible. Go to the hospital.
