hello

What you are saying is suggestive of false labour pain . It is a way to prepare your body for the upcoming labour pains .

You can get relief by doing these

1. try and walk for a while
2. eat a small snack
3. drink water
4. relax

But its also necessary to differentiate it from true labour pains

whre in the pain starts from the back and moves towards lower abdomen
the pain increases in intensity
the frequency also increases
it may be followed by water break
make a note of your fetal movements

In case you notice any of the above please do visit your obgy at the earliest
