Hi,
Your symptoms are suggestive of a hypoglycemic attack which usually occurs during pregnancy when you exert yourself, as the blood glucose levels fall. It is associated with sweating, light-headedness, drowsiness and fatigue. It can be avoided by taking plenty of liquids, especially when you exert. It is a transient phenomenon and once the blood glucose levels become normal, symptoms are relieved. Yet, I suggest you to consult your doctor to get your blood sugar levels and your blood pressure checked. Take care.
