Pregnant, Experiencing Postcoital Bleeding. Had A Rhogam Shot. Will The Shot Be Effective?

I am 32 weeks pregnant and am experiencing postcoital bleeding for ~12 hours (just light spotting throughout the day, initially red and now darker brown the past few hours). Nothing anywhere close to filling a pad. Should I be concerned?
I am also Rh-, but had aRhogam shot at my last prenatal visit (4 weeks ago). Will that shot still be effective for this light bleeding or will I need to have another one?
Thank you

Hello,
Please understand the following thing.

Rh incompatibility is a mismatch between the blood of the mother and the blood of the fetus and occurs when the mother is Rh negative and the fetus is Rh positive.

When Rh negative blood is exposed to Rh positive blood, the Rh negative blood responds by producing antibodies that attack and destroy the Rh positive blood cells.

In post coital bleeding, there is no disturbance to fetus.
When your baby blood is Rh positive and it is exposed to your blood. You may develop antibodies against your rh positve fetus.
It usually occurs in abortion.

Thus you are nothing to worry about.
