Pregnant Feeling Dizzy And Exhausted With Headache. Severe Nausea. Normal At A Later Stage Of Pregnancy?

Hi I am 37 weeks preganant and as of yesterday (37 weeks and 2 days) I felt very exhausted during work, at 9 pm I started to feel dizzy while laying down on the couch and felt exhausted again. Today is the second day I feel exhausted, dizzy and have a headache. During these 2 days I have felt nausea, but did not throw up. Is this normal?

OBGYN 's  Response
Hi,
Well u are at the terminal stage of ur pregnancy.
Nausea and dizziness is quite common as the growing uterus gives pressure over the diaphragm and the aorta so dizziness and headache is quite common.
But I suggest u to not take it lightly.
Consult a gynaec coz it might be due to severe hypertension too.
Also there might be some GI upset.
Ur doc will advise proper medications.
