Hello sir...myself shikha modi...i m pregnant....my lmp was 30-12-2012...now i m 31 week pregnant...everything is fine till date but the only issue of worry is that i m gaining too much wait...i have aleeady gained 24 kg till now...i m not diabetic patient nor any thyroid problem....aa tests have been done...everything is fine...plz help me by ur suggestions sir..thanku

It will be advised that you look at your diet intake and avoid excess fat intake and focus on good amount of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Carbohydrates in moderation and good amount of proteins in your diet
after your delivery you can then try to shed the weight you have gained with exercise and proper diet
welcome to HCM. weight gain is too much.try to reduce it by avoiding fats-potato,butter,rice,fried edibles.add fruits,lots of salads,green vegetables.walkwill further help to reduce wt.so,take care.
