Pregnant, Have Pcos And Cysts, Fluid Around Ovaries, Having Abdominal Pains, Feels Dizzy. Normal?

i have just found out i am 7weeks and 2days pregnant with my second child, i have polycystic ovaries and the cysts have started to burst as the scan is showing fluid around the ovaries, i get slight abdominal pains but have been told this is normal due to the cysts, recently ive been feeling really sick and dizzy is this normal?
