hi,
during early weeks of pregnancy you have to more careful as stressful work can lead to increase chances of miscarriage,
emotional stress can also affect your health,
so you better consult your doctor and discuss your problem,
she may help you by advicing medical leave officially,
and you have to take adequate nutritious diet and vitamin supplements also.
take care.
