I am 13 weeks pregnant. I just all of a sudden got very hot, had to lay down because I felt weak and a bit nauseous, my hands were shaking, my heart was racing and I felt tired. My hands were tingling , and going to sleep. I had to catch my breath. I m wondering if this is serious and I need to go to a hospital. I m worried for my baby.
