Pregnant Having Left Ovarian Cyst. If The Cyst Grows Bigger In Future And If I Under Go For A Operation Can It Affect My Baby Inside The Womb And How?

I am 11 weeks pregnant with am left ovarian cyst measuring 51*43*32. Am i having any chances of losing my baby. i am very much scared about this issue. If the cyst grows bigger in future and if i under go for a operation can it affect my baby inside the womb and how? i am expecting for a positive answer from your side doctor. please help me

dear madam, you shouldnt be worried, such cysts are commonly found in pregnant women and in most cases dont cause any difficulties. Hormones during the pregnancy can cause cysts enlargement but it cant be so fast that can affect your baby. even if this develops it can be surgically managed. I suggest to do more frequent ultrasounds and thats it. AFter birth you should consider cystr removal as this is moderately big cyst which can cause problems in future. Wish you good health.
