Pregnant, Headache, Dizziness, Arm Numbness, Fast Heart Rate, Nausea. What Should I Do?

Hello, I am 21 years old and pregnant with twins. I am 19 weeks pregnant. I have had headache for 4 days. Today I had a dizzy spell and felt my arms numbs so I quickly ate and felt a little better. Still dizzy since the morning and have fast heart rate , headache, nausea , slight arm numbness and dizzines.. My hands are freezing and im shaking. OH im also out of breath. What should i do please. Im home alone

Thanks for posting your query.
Considering you are pregnant, it is best to go to either ER or your doctor straight away.
Although these are nonspecific of any particular medical condition, it is better to get your doctor check you up. Dizziness, headaches and breathlessness are common in pregnancy, more so if you have twins. But, it should not be neglected and the doctor should examine you, take your blood pressure and order some relevant blood tests.
