Pregnant, Lost Plug, Have Pressure Pain In Pelvis, Taken Paracetamol. What Now?

hi, im 35+5days, my 4th pregnancy, lost my plug this morning and for last 2 hrs the pressure pain in my pelvis low down, makes it hard to walk, sit and stand. feels extremley heavy. feel braxton hicks, mildly, but not regular or a problem. taken paracetamol , but the prssure pain is painfull. baby moving ok. is this onset of labour or just engaging, never experienced this in the last 3 births. thnkyou

After 34 completed weeks of pregnancy, it is very safe to deliver a baby, for the lungs of the baby at this age are considered mature. I would suggest you get in contact with the hospital services to get a clear examination. A vaginal examination and other clinical parameters would determine if you are in labor or in imminent labor already. Thanks and kind regards
