Pregnant Lost The Mucus Plug, Back Pain. In Labor?

hello im 36 weeks pregnant today and im at 2-3cm dilated for the last week i think iv lost my mucus plug everytime i wipe after the toilet there is clear jelly on the toliet roll but i was getting really bad back pain last night every 1 or 2 minutes that lasted 40 second gettting worst at the end but i went to sleep through them and iv woke up and they are still there but not as bad and not lasting as long what is going on ?

I think you are going into preterm labour.
The following are the characteristics of going into labour :
1. Intermittent pains in the lower abdomen radiating to the back and groin
2. Associated hardening of the uterus
3. Passage of mucus plug.
To confirm the diagnosis you need to visit the ER and have an internal check up.
Do not take it lightly
