Pregnant, Missed Periods. Prescribed Gynaecosid Pills. Safe To Use For Abortion?

On September 25, 2012 I found out I am pregnant. My mother thinks I have just missed my periods and went to the store and the pharmacist gave me the gynaecosid pills. My periods are regular and never had amenorrhea . is it safe to use the pills? Will it make me bleed to death? I am going to get married n 3 months and we are not ready for the baby, too scared to tell my parents.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Ifd your periods are overdue, ytou need to test for pregnancy first to find out the exact cause of delayed periods. It can happen due to stress and anxiety too. The treatment will depend on the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
