I have a little pain in my pelvic and now I use cyclogen progesterone. please say what is this fluid? can I have a healthy pregnancy or I am threatened with miscarriage? please answer me I have so distressed. it is my first pregnancy and I didn't have any miscarriages. also before pregnancy my ovuls was polycystic and I was cured by clomephine and metformine. thanks for your rapid answer!
Hi, Thanks for the query. The free fluid in the cul de sac can be seen in many conditions like after ovulation, pelvic infection etc. If your gestational sac is normal, welformed and regular no need to worry. You go for repeat scan after two weeks. Usually by that time you can see the sac with fetal pole and cardiac activity. You continue the tablets advised by your doctor. Take rest and avoid strenuous activity. For more details you can ask me through: http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-sree-gouri-sr/63429 Take care.
