Pregnant, Prescribed Loprin 75mg. Is It Safe?

my wife is 29 weeks pregnant.... she is not obessed and now weighs 51.6 kg and her height is 5 feet 3 inches....doctor has told to take loprin 75mg @ 1 tablet after lunch per day as the fetal growth is not as per standard.... is it safe to take loprin....pls suggest.

Substandard fetal growth is termed as IUGR ( intra uterine growth restriction ).
Loprin is 75 mg. aspirin.
It is postulated to increase blood flow to the baby by thinning the blood.
It is safe to take it as suggested.
You can continue to take it till 36 weeks, or as long as your doctor suggests.
Do not worry.
Have regular ultrasound scans to monitor fetal growth.
