Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The low molecular heparin injection in pregnancy is given to decrease the viscosity of blood so that the placenta gets a better circulation. This decreases the chances of IUGR. It is safe in pregnancy.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
