hi i m 20 week pregnant. And my scanning report showedme both uterine arteries show early diastolic notching likely physiological. does it harm me or my baby but doctor said no worry but my worry is that last year i had a preterm delivery. now doctor adviced me to take ecasprin 75 as my bp was 140/80. can u please tell me is every thing fine
