hi,
according to your last menstrual period it will be 6 weeks and 1 day for today(26th, July),
the symptoms you told are common symptoms of pregnancy,
the will usually present in exaggerated manner in teen pregnancy,
so you and your family members discuss once what you want to do, then if you want to continue pregnancy, you consult gynecologist and take anti-emetics, take sufficient diet, eat what you like so that nausea will decrease to some extent.
take care.
