Pregnant, Swollen, Sore Vagina After Intercourse, Bruised Looking Lump. Should I Be Concerned?

I am almost 27 weeks pregnant. After having intercourse with my husband last week I felt swollen and sore by my vagina. I waited a day or so and when the soreness didn't subside I decided to take a look. One side of my "lips" is swollen and there is a bruised looking lump protruding out. Its not leaking or itching, its just really sore. Its now been almost a week and its still there. Is this something I should be worried about?

Hi,
It seems that due to intercourse there might be some infection due to some injury or bruises in vagina.
At this time any infection is not advisable and treatment is required.
Consult your Obst and get examined.
