This is my frst baby, I just want to know if this result is normal and please explain it further,thank you

Normal heart rate for a fetus is from 120-180,so this is normal.
AFI mean amount of amnion fluid which is normally between 5cm-25 cm.
EFW is weight and this is also normal and appropriate for 27. week
Placent is developing fine, it should not be low or cover cervix.
it is normal to have 3 vessels cord,2 arteries and one vein.
