Pregnant, Was Constipated, Little Blood Came Out When Pressure Applied. Is It Dangerous ?

Tomorrow i will complete 20 weeks, and when i did sonography at 19 weeks 2 days ,it was shown , my placenta is anterior low lying 2.4 cm from internal os, in position and of grade 0 maturity, cervix measures 3.7 c.m. the internal os is closed,

but yesterday, when i had constipation feeling, and i gave little pressure, and one drop of blood came out , is this dangerous? what precautions should i take?

Thanks for your query.
Your placenta is low lying.
You would have risks of spotting, bleeding, preterm labour etc.
In majority of cases, a low lying placenta migrates upwards by term.
You should avoid pressure on the cervix at any cost.
Avoid constipation, straining at stools, chronic cough etc.
Please consult your gynecologist to see if the spotting did any damage to the fetus.
