Pregnant With Abdominal Pain, Pain In The Kidney Area And Headaches. High BP. Guidance?

I m 32 weeks pregnant, have been getting abdominal pain , pain in the kidney area and headaches . My dip stick urine results at MW app late weeks showed I had protein +, Glucose , and white blood cells as well as trace blood, but my bllod presure was normal at the time. I have since used a home blood presure test and it keeps registering as high ranging from 140/56 to 160/80

The raised systolic blood pressure is not very worrisome in pregnancy. you need to have a salt restricted diet to keep your blood pressure in control. The presence of protein in the urine needs to be investigated further to assess the renal damage.
