Pregnant With Back Pain, Numbness And Tingling, Difficulty In Breathing. Muscular Problem?

I'm 4 months pregnant and have extreme back pain on my left middle/upper back it is tender and sore sometimes feels numb and tingly and when I try to go to sleep it just gets worse cant lay on it and find it hard to breathe.. Could this be muscular? I had a test done for uti and nothing came back from that so I don't think it's my kidneys

You should consult a gynaecologist for your pain.
It may be muscular also take pain killers as advise from your doctor and hot fomentation and application of local pain killer ointment.
