Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic.
The brown spotting or even fresh bleeding doesn't necessarily mean abortion. You should have a transvaginal ultrasound to confirm a healthy intrauterine pregnancy and exclude ectopic pregnancy.
If a healthy intrauterine pregnancy is confirmed, I suggest rest, avoid straining (lifting heavy objects, cough, constipation, sex...). I also suggest progesterone supplementation to support your pregnancy if your doctor agrees.
Good luck.
Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
