Hi Chandru, welcome to HCM,

You are in your in first trimester of your pregnancy and uncontrolled hypothroid.

Do increase the dose of Thyonorm to 150 mcg once a day and repeat thyroid profile after 6 weeks. Try to normalize your TSH value as uncontrilled hypothyroidism is known to cause 1st trimester abortions and if remains uncontrolled for more time, it leads to subnormal intelligence in the fetus.

Do continue with Susten as it is hormonal preparation to sustain pregnancy. Do do not worry, continue with Susten and increase the dose of your thyroid medication and get your thyroid functions re-evaluated at 6 week interval.
