Dear sir, I am 26 years old and have a baby. But I am also having a gf that is very dear to me. Currently I am facing problem of premeture ejuculation with my wife. My erections is also getting lower. Plz help me to cure this problem. I never had sex with my girl friend but my pennis keep full erected while I am on call and sometime we had very good fone sex and it make me to musterbusting. Plz help me how to control this issue and keep my erection while on real sex as it is on fone sex.

involve in more fore-play. use partner-on-top position for the next one month and donot worry about anything else. pls revert back.
u can also put cold water splashes onto ur genitals for 10 minutes twice daily.
