Premature Ejaculation. Surgery For Urethral Stricture. Taking Udzir. What Could Be A Solution?

Hi,

i have a erection and premature ejaculation probelm, since i had a surgery for urethra stricture. before my accident also i had a premature ejaculation.

As prescribed from my doctor after 6 months from of surgery i was taken udzire 100mg and duralast 60mg that time erection and ejaculation als ok, after 15 days he told me to stop duralast now taking only udzire on demand basis, now erection is ok but i am facing premature ejaculaton.

please advise what should i do for permanent solution, please note: after my surgery i haven't gone for any scanning or test.

In most of the cases in absence of any major health issue the cause of premature ejaculation is due mind related and due to performance anxiety .
Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
Please consult qualified Urogist or Sexologist for guidance and psychiatrist for counselling.
