Premature Ejaculation, All Tests Normal. Mediocre Relief With CIALIS. Suggestive Treatment?

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from premature ejaculation from quite some time i had been to an urologist with this problem, had suggestion number of test blood sugar, endocrinology ,urine, biochemistry every thing was normal except total cholesterol was 259.fasting blood sugar 92. After all the test doctor recommended to take CIALIS, but there is a slight progress but not a desired one. i some time last less than a minute. The consulting doctor was Dr Dilip Raja specialist urologist Please advise.

Thanks for your query.You are facing a problem of Premature Ejaculation and had undergone many blood test which turned out to be normal.In majority of the patients with premature ejaculation the cause of the premature ejaculation is mind related.You have to discuss this with your wife with open mind who can be of much help to you to resolve this issue. Certain general measures do help to delay the ejaculation
1) Learn to modify your technique to delay ejaculation by stop ad start method or squeeze method.You have to learn details of these techniques form Sex Therapist or Urologist.This will definitely help you in delaying the ejaculation after practising it for a month or so.
2 )Take combination of following drugs like Phosphodiesterase inhibitors ( Sildenafil) and Dapoxine to be taken 1 hour befire intercourse..bearing in mind of some side effects of these drugs.Consult your family physician to get prescription of these drugs.)
