I am 38. My weight is 75 kgs and height is 166 cms. I do have the problem of sperm leakage during urination. Sperm comes out either in bulk or mixed along with the first flow of urine. I ejaculate instantly during intercourse or even during fore play. I suffered a lot with problem of night wet in my teen. To go to bed at night at that time was a panic itself. i feel that perhaps semen starts leaking within the system with even small sexual thought and therefore, i erection takes place at the last stage and so, I ejaculate instantly though erection is seen since the start of foreplay which is perhaps the stage before ejaculation from within. Therefore, i am a very poor performer.
I tried PC and stop start exercise without any result.. Please help me.
