Prescribed Minokem, Topisal, Folifast And Combit For Hairfall. Treatment Okay?

Hi doctor,I visited a dermatologist last week for my hairfal problem,she prescribed Minokem n solution 1ml to be applied in to scalp once a day.Topisal 6,to be massaged into scalp twice a day,Folifast to be applied once a day and tablet,Combit to be had once a day.Is this line of treatment okay?I am loosing so much hair I fear I will soon go bald.Can i continue to have my daily doze of Nutradyn and ShelcalHD along with this,1 tablet each daily? Thankyou.

Hi Sujata,

Thanks for writing in.

You have been given correct treatment.
You should continue the medication for at least 3 to 6 months for visible results.

Combit contains the vitamins and minerals in right proportion for hair growth.
If you wish to take nutradyn and shelcal with it you can continue it along with this treatment .

Only topisal 6 is not advisable as 6% salycylic acid may irritate the scalp.Beside folifast already contains salycylic acid so 2 preparations of salicylic are not advisable.

You can use all other preparations except topisal 6.
