Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The problem appears to be due to the angina, congestion in the chest due to the infection, eosinophelia, gastric hyper acidity, or muscular pain. You may need to have an E.C.G, gastroscopy, x ray chest, and other tests for diagnosis. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
