Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello,

In my opinion, you should consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination, chest x-ray and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test). Chest x-ray is needed to rule out lung infection and PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.

If both these are normal, then no need to worry for lung diseases. Sometimes stress and anxiety can also cause chest pressure and tightness. So, avoid stress and tension, be relaxed and quit smoking if you are an active smoker.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
