Pressure Feeling In Right Ear, Overlapping Of Sounds, Voices. Possibility Of Inner Ear Infection?

I woke up this morning and noticed I could hear what sounded like a slight overlapping of audio with sounds and voices, as if there s a robotic / electronic sound to things and there s some pressure in my right ear. I tried popping my ears and could hear a slight screech in my right ear when I did that a couple of times. Is this an inner-ear infection?
