Pressure From Shoulder To Elbow , Heart To Hip. Family History Of Heart-attack. Taking Lisinopril, Simvastatin For BP.

I have the feeling of pressure on my left side. From the front of my left shoulder to my elbow and down my left front shoulder through my heart down to front of left hip. I am 42 yr old male with family history of father and both grand fathers dieing of heart attacks respectively at 65, 63, and 52. My blood pressure is 131/77 pulse 74 and take lisinopril and simivastin. A month ago my blood pressure went down to 105/65. I stopped taking my blood pressure lowering medication for several days. The doctor's office told me to continue taking it. So I started taking it again. I am not sure what is going on but I feel abnormal pressure on my left side, feel tired, and twice awoke during the night thinking my heart was skipping beats. Why should be my next course of action?
