Pressure In Head, Dizzy, Nausea. How To Overcome This Problem?

Hi, I have been experiencing extreme fullness/pressure in my head and face, but I do not have any drainage. Therefore, I have ruled out sinus problems, but yet the pressure is making me dizzy and nauseous. Are there any other health problems I should be aware of that could be causing my condition? Is there anything I can do for relief?

Thank you.

Hi and thanks for the query,
It is important to rule out all primary headaches. It is possible that this should be migraine, tension or cluster headaches. It is important to know if the headache is unilateral, biltaeral, associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting and visual abnormalities. Your blood pressure and knowing if you have or are going through any stressful situations is also imperative. It is important to know and understand your sleep history. Diagnosis of headaches deserves a careful clinical review, in serious cases, preferable by a neurologist. Thanks and kind regards
