Pressure In Right Ear, Could Hear Slight Overlapping Sound. Inner Ear Infection?

I woke up this morning and noticed I could hear what sounded like a slight overlapping of audio with sounds and voices, as if there s a robotic / electronic sound to things and there s some pressure in my right ear. I tried popping my ears and could hear a slight screech in my right ear when I did that a couple of times. Is this an inner-ear infection?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It looks like more of an eustachian tube issue ( the tube that connects your back of the nose and the middle ear). You may be having a condition called patulous eustachian tube. However, try visiting an ENT specialist if the symptoms persist so that you can be thoroughly evaluated.

Regards,
Sreenivasan
