During the night had uncontrollable cold chills, where my body was shaking and teeth chattering for how cold my body felt, after that a warm sensation through my body stomach hurt and felt like i had to puke, i tried but only clear liquid or yellow liquid came out.

From history it seems that you might be having acute sinusitis with upper respiratory tract infection.
Take decongestant medicines with analgesic.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
Do warm water with Vicks inhalation.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
