Pressure Sensation In Head, Sharp Pain In Ears, Bleeding Nose, Tumor Behind Ear. What Do Symptoms Indicate?
I have pressure in my head giving me sharp pains in the ears also, I Wake up often with a bleeding nose always same side and if it is not bleeding I will spit a hunk of blood . I used to think it was stomack related but I now realize that it is all related to my head and nose situation. A couple of years ago, I mentionned it to a doctor whom after examining my ears, said I had water in the ears but we went on to talk about his wife and mother in law and I left without any advise from him, at the time it was not so bad. A few years ago my son got operated for a tumor behind his right ear and he was told that his kind of tumor might be heriditary although his symptoms were different. I don't get Dizzy but almost everyday I feel like throwing up. I am calling a doctor today for an appointment but maybe you can sort of give me your view on my sympton. Thank you

I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Hypertension , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician . as you stated that there is nausea, bleeding /nose , bleeding from mouth, headache as ll these symptoms are an indication of hypertension.
2 Brain tumor , diagnosis can be confirmed by C T scan , as pain in the head and bleeding from nose may be due to brain tumor.
3 Bleeding disorder , diagnosis can be confirmed by complete blood picture .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
