Pricked Finger With Rusty Nail, Jaw Pain While Opening Mouth, No Blisters, Tetanus ?

I just pinched my finger with a rusty nail two days ago. My mouth hurts, especially when opening, feels like I have a blister inside, however, I don t see anything. Please advise. thanks
