Pricking Sensation In The Eyes With Redness, No Hindrances In Vision. Had Bypass Surgery Recently. What Could The Cause Be?

Im 63 as i got up in the morning i felt a prick in my eye and wen i checked my eye in the mirror its full RED... inspite of not having any infection or getting hurt. Please advice what could be the reason behind it as its not affecting my eye sight either. What can i apply for it. I just underwent a bypass surgery 2 months ago. Thanks

Hello and welcome to healthcare magic!!!
From the symptoms you have mentioned it looks like you have developed conjunctivitis and i would suggest you consult an ophthalmologist and get appropriate antibiotics .
take care.
