Treatment is determined by whether the PH is arterial, venous, hypoxic, thromboembolic, or miscellaneous.Different modalities of treatment are available diuretics, beta blocker, ACE inhibitors, etc. Surgical: repair or replace the aortic valve or the mitral valve depending upon the course of PPH.
