Problem And Pain In Ears. Diagnosed Blockage Of Ears Due To Wax. Doing Ear Suctioning Regularly. Any Treatment To Prevent Accumulation Of Wax?

hi I am 56 years old female. This is almost 8 years that my ears have problem and after a while the doctors diagnosed that all the pains and blockage of ears is related to wax . I am doing ear suctioning every 4 months otherwise i will be deaf. I am wondering if is any treatment to prevent accomulation of this much wax that result is deafness? because I am worry about sideeffect of suctioning more often.

usually wax is formed in every person as this is protective for ears
in 90 % cases the external auditory canal is inclining direction and the wax automatically drains out but in 10% people it is straight and the wax accumulates in canal
in that you have to remove wax after 4- 6 months
no side efect of suction you require this and there are many persones who require
