Problem Swallowing Food. Liquid Intake Normal. Cancer?

hi im about 1 week sick.suddenly i feel my throught swallow and have anxitey of that .because these swallow move the top of throat up and down and after few minutes is gone and come back again i went to doctor he gave me anti biotic now i feel better but still i cant swallow food,i can drink but i have anxity to eat food i dont know what to do with that still this swallow throat coming and going,do you think may be is cancer or not ta

Hi and welcome. Throat or esophageal cancer is very rare and is found in >55age,smokers and alcoholic.
Your difficulties can be caused by anxiety or by some organic pathology. Commonly such symtoms are caused by gastritis,GERD or hiatal hernia. I suggest to change your dietary habbits first. Follow some of antiacid diets,avoid alcoohl, coffee, fats and smoking.Eat more milk products and green. There ara also some medicines which can be helpful. Consult your GP about this.
If this persist or progress you should do gastroscopy to evaluate your condition.
