iam so uncomfortable with my front top outer skin, when i pulling upside its paining & when it self generates the skin automatically goes top side and it sets me uncomfortable.

may be you are having an infection of the foreskin.in this case you should apply a local antibiotic.
a physical examination is a must.
its better if you can go and get it checked.
