Hi, as you are 77 years old, it appears to be the ischemia of the brain, due to atherosclerosis , as the lumen is narrowed there will be temporary loss of blood supply to the brain, and recover in a span of time. It also may be the subclinical detachment of ratina, or vitamin A defeciency, or diabetic retinopathy. So i advise you to consult an ophthalmologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
