Prone To Frequent Throat Infection And Cold, Ear Fullness. What Can I Do About It?

I am prone to frequent throat infection and cold. Whenever I have those problems, I feel my ears full (mostly one of the years) and I struggle to clear the years. If I take a course of treatment (3 days) for these symptoms, I feel comfortable. My family doctor says it is because the eustasian tube gets blocked In cold seasons the problem becomes acute. I do not take any refrigerated food or drinks (including water).
