                                                                There is no specific food for pregnancy. in pregnancy there is additional need of proteins, vitamins, minerals,calories, for the growing fetus and to store in the body to feed the baby during the brest feeding. so it requires the same nutrients which are taken daily by the mother to take it in increased quantity for the requirment of the growing fetus. always remember it is the natural source which is the best food and not the food supplements or tablets.
